Cleaner cleans only when she wants to and sometimes cleans the floor only and leaves the bathrooms uncleaned. They have no sleep overs, no management, refuse to give us our refund from the deposit, they charge R300 for inspection and they also charge R150 for not cleaning when leaving the place. Machines are outdated and I had to wash with my hands. Electricity is a problem. They have no professional maintainance. WIFI is the worst of all of the issues above. Overall bad experience rating would be half a star
