January 22, 2024 at 7:56 pmImagine being robbed at gun point only for the landlord to respond the next day and shift blames. The house might be 2 minutes away but everything else about it is a mess. Since the new landlord the house has been falling apart. Ask any of the older tenants, even the caretake(who might not tell you the truth because she obviously needs the job).
There is nothing good to say about the new management/landlord. Appliances in the house are either broken or don’t work well, then there is pests(rats, cockroaches and ants, because she doesn’t fumigate)
Worse imagine being robbed at gun point and the landlord only shows up the next morning, her concern only being about her property. The way the robbery happened is really suspicious. There is no forced entry into the yard, the electric fence is fine and the gates are not broken. On another hand the butler
gate to my room was left unlocked by the guys she hired to do renovations, the caretaker also didn’t check to see if it’s locked after the guys left. Everything was just set up conveniently for this robbery and the landlord still refuses to admit that it’s her people that are responsible and careless with our things. Now she also says she’s not responsible and will not compensate us for any of our losses.
